Coupon Lady II - Tonight at 5:00
About 6 weeks ago we introduced to Jolinda Eibert. She’s a regular Spokane mom who saves silly, ridiculous amounts of money every time she goes to the grocery store.
We went shopping with her and saw her save firsthand. She got well over $950 worth of groceries for about $185. It was truly remarkable. Well, we are talking to Jolinda again. She’s reminding us how she does her ‘couponing’, and she has some fresh money saving tips for you and I when we go to the grocery store.
Her method to save money is simple: first, look at the store ads and write down what you need; second, get online and find manufacturers coupons for the same product in the store ads; third, buy alot of that product when it’s on sale. For instance, if there is a 10 for 10 deal at the store, she will routinely find manufacturers coupons for 80 cents off or $1 off. That means her product is virtually free. And she buys alot of what she buys. You won’t believe how much food is in her pantry. You can get the coupons off of the manufacturers websites or other websites we’ll tell you about tonight.
Trust me, if you didn’t see the first installment of Coupon Lady back in October you will want to tune in tonight at 5. The Diva of Deals, the Queen of Coupons, will blow your mind.
Also, once the story airs I can put you in contact with her, she’ll answer any questions you have.

The websites Jolinda uses to get the manufacturers coupons are these:
thecouponclippers.com
thecouponmaster.com
and, believe it or not, she actually uses eBay to get coupons as well. Some of them have a nominal cost, maybe 5 cents per coupon, but they will send you as many as you want.
Also, you can go to the manufacturers websites themselves and print off unlimited coupons free of charge. Again, combine those coupons with store ads and, BOOM, cheap food.
Are there any grocery stores here in Spokane that honor the “double coupon” deal?
Here is what it woud cost me to get one Coupon. As you see the coupon is ten cents apiece…. With all the cost add ons I would be spending more than the coupon is worth. Sure I would save .75 cents a box, I am also losing .27cents… maybe I just can’t add don’t seem like there is a savings here at all.

All the stores in the area honor the ads and the additional coupons from the manufacturers coupon. Also, you can get free coupons on the manufacturers website, places like nabisco.com, kraft.com, pillsbury.com; they all have coupons, and they are all for free.
I think the point would be that you would order a large quantity of coupons so the price per coupon would not be as high. I don’t think anyone would order just one coupon. Plus - she is proof that it does work - she’s not losing money because she’s doing it the right way.
Show me how to save money buying healthy foods… lean meats and fresh produce. Anyone can eat cheap on processed food.
