Snow on Mt. Spokane!

This was the lovely scene on Mt. Tuesday morning.  Thanks to Derrick Hansen for e-mailing this today.  This was the first measurable snowfall of the season.  About three to four inches fell on the mountain above 5,000 feet, and there is more on the way.   With a VERY active track for the next several days, we can at least think about a Thanksgiving opening at Mt. Ski and Snowboard Park.

The hills are turning white up here too. Schweitzer received a decent amount of snow last night and many of the lower lying hills were white this morning on the way to the office.

    WINTER IS HERE!

I like your positive additude about the Thanksgiving opening!! I am hoping that the rain that is falling right now in downtown spokane quickly turns into snow on the mountain.
