stormWatching reports out of the midwest and east.. well, really everywhere but here, warms my heart.  The snow/winter storm of 2011 is blasting everyone but us.  Doesn’t it seem like it’s about time?  I mean, we’ve been hit so hard in the last few years and no one seems to notice and/or care.

I have family getting shelacked by this storm, and while I’ve been checking in and oozing of pity for them, secretly I’m smirking a little.  Many of them talk smack about us living in the Northwest and how rough our winters are… so.. THERE!  Take that!  Enjoy that 2 feet of snow in 24 hours.. and the impending below zero temps to follow.

:)

By the way,  love you Grandma!  (one of the few people who reads my blog )  I was talking about the rest of the family.. not you.  XOXOX
