There were no surprises in the annual Winter Outlook released today by NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center. A moderate to strong La Nina pattern will likely mean a colder and wetter than average winter across the Pacific Northwest. Although the map below leaves the Inland Northwest out of the “cooler than average” forecast, history indicates that we will likely be cool here too. CLICK HERE to read more.
